Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the apk898 Platform is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. apk898 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with our responsible gaming policy. Registrations found to be in violation of this requirement will be immediately terminated and all funds confiscated.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the Platform or had their account terminated for cause.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by apk898, you must complete the registration process and open a Player Account. The following conditions apply:

• One account per person: Each Player may hold only one active Player Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current at all times.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. apk898 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, apk898 requires completion of our KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued identity document (e.g., KTP, passport, SIM), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Right to refuse: apk898 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the apk898 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• apk898 does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which apk898 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Player Account within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. Where a delay occurs, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account registered in the Player's own name that matches the verified KYC details on file.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will not be processed.
• All active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be either satisfied or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be processed.
• apk898 targets a withdrawal processing time of fewer than 15 minutes following approval, subject to banking system availability. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or public holidays in Indonesia.
• apk898 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or identity concerns arise.
• Repeated deposit-and-withdrawal behaviour without meaningful wagering activity may be flagged as bonus abuse or money laundering and will result in account review and potential suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

apk898 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before withdrawal). Both the bonus amount and, in some cases, the deposit amount may be included in the calculation.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, togel markets, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Refer to individual promotion pages for full contribution tables.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the promotional validity period will expire and be removed from the Player Account automatically. The validity period for each promotion is stated at the time of the offer.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus promotion may be in use at any given time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• No cash alternative: Bonus Funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the standard wagering process.
• Abuse prevention: apk898 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reclaim Bonus Funds at any time where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: coordinated betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors.
• Modification of promotions: apk898 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all wagering activity on the apk898 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by apk898. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at our discretion, including bets placed on markets that were offered in error or where odds were clearly incorrect.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or cannot be settled in accordance with our standard rules. Voided bets are returned to the Player Account as real-money funds.
• Palpable errors: Where odds are published in clear error (a "palpable error"), apk898 reserves the right to cancel all bets placed on those odds, regardless of whether the event has already settled. The standard for a palpable error is whether a reasonable person would have recognised the odds as erroneous.
• Match fixing and integrity: Any bet placed in connection with match fixing, insider knowledge, or other forms of sports integrity abuse will be voided without notice and the relevant account suspended. apk898 cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to specific rules regarding void legs. Where a leg is voided, it is typically removed from the parlay and odds recalculated on remaining legs; specific treatment is stated in the sportsbook rules section.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. apk898 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to internet service or device failure on the Player's end.

Responsible Gaming

apk898 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible via your account settings.

Players who wish to self-exclude permanently must submit a written request to our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player must not attempt to open a new account on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the apk898 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of apk898 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
• Download or copy account information for the benefit of a third party.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without express written consent from apk898.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk898 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Player Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering regulations.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening apk898 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk898, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, apk898 does not accept liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, governmental actions, or third-party payment processing failures.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and match data.
• Any losses suffered as a direct result of gambling activity — Players accept the inherent risk of wagering when they use the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, apk898's total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Player Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

apk898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or reversal request on a deposit transaction.
• Instructions from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or financial institution.
• Discovery that the Player is below the minimum age of 21.

Upon closure of an account for cause, apk898 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is not for cause (e.g., at the Player's voluntary request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via an approved withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to apk898 at the time of closure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk898 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to domestic legal restrictions, and that you access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility. apk898 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Amendments

apk898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the apk898 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 11.
